Absolutely. While our AV equipment is typically fairly user-friendly, operating mixers, projectors, and other equipment can present challenges to the uninitiated. We offer a range of technical support services to help. We can show you how to operate the equipment yourself, or we can operate the equipment for you. We also offer equipment set-up and take-down services, so that you don’t need to worry about coordinating all of the equipment together.

Who operates the equipment during the fundraiser?

We leave that up to you and the venue you’re working with. We’ve supplied equipment for non-profit events where we operate the equipment, and in other cases, we simply provide the equipment and leave it to our clients to operate. We’re happy either way; we have a lot of experience running events, and you can count on us to ensure yours goes as smoothly as possible.

How early should I book audio-visual rentals?

How far in advance you should order your AV equipment depends on a number of different factors, including the size of the event, the types of equipment you need, the complexity of your audio-visual needs, and more. Generally, we advise at least 4 to 6 weeks of advance notice to ensure that we have all the equipment you need but 2 to 3 months' notice is even better, especially if you have a large event.
