The length of time it takes to set up and tear down AV equipment for your wedding will depend on your venue as well as the scope and complexity of the setup you request. A simple DJ booth with speakers and microphone setup typically takes about 1- 1.5 hours to set up and another 1 hour to tear down. A more complex setup with lighting, projectors and speakers usually takes 2-3 hours to set up.
Having an AV technician on-site for your wedding is always highly recommended, particularly if you have requested a complex AV setup. For an additional fee, Quality AV can provide an experienced team member to ensure that everything runs smoothly throughout the ceremony and reception.
